Houston Rockets Sign Forward
The Houston Rockets have signed Anthony Lamb to a two-way contract.
Lamb will be hoping to have the opportunity to get into some more NBA action with this new deal. On the season, he played in just two games with the San Antonio Spurs. In them, he averaged 0.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per contest.
Lamb is a familiar face to the Rockets organization, as he played in 24 games with the team just last season. In them, he had 5.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 1.0 assists. Thus, when called upon, he did have some decent moments coming off the bench. He will be looking to do the same for them for the remainder of the year.
In 34 games this season with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers of the G League, Lamb has averaged 15.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 4.4 assists.
