Miami Heat Sign Guard
The truth is out there. Mulder has signed a two-way contract with the Miami Heat. Mychal Mulder. After a successful 10-game showing with the Heat's G League team, the 6'3" guard gets an NBA deal.
Mulder averaged 17.8 PPG, 4.6 RPG and 2.7 assists with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, and now joins his second NBA team this season. He spent 15 games with the Orlando Magic earlier, where he averaged 3.7 points in about 13 minutes a game.
Prior to that, he spent two years with the Golden State Warriors, which included a solid rookie campaign in 2019-20, when he posted averages of 11 points and 3.3 rebounds.
This is actually the second go-round with the Heat for the Toronto-born Mulder; he signed with Miami as a free agent following two years in the G League after going undrafted out of Kentucky, and played two pre-season games with the Heat before being waived and hooking up with the Warriors.
