Raptors Keeping Guard Around
The Toronto Raptors are keeping Armoni Brooks around, as they have signed him to a second 10-day contract.
Brooks appeared in four games with the Raptors during his first 10-day and averaged 8.3 minutes per contest. During them, he also averaged 0.8 points, 0.5 assists, and 1.3 rebounds. Overall, he hasn't been dominant but has done his job coming off the bench.
Brooks also spent 41 games this season with the Houston Rockets, too. During them, the 23-year-old averaged 6.2 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.2 assists. Thus, he has shown that he can produce a bit when given more playing time, so let's see if Toronto gives him just that from here.
Overall, there's nothing wrong with the Raptors handing Brooks another 10-day deal. Let's see if he impresses them more during it.
