Raptors Provide Update Regarding OG Anunoby
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, OG Anunoby will miss the next two weeks and be re-evaluated from there.
Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby is expected to be sidelined for two weeks to rest a fractured finger – and then be re-evaluated on his timetable to return, sources tell ESPN. Anunoby is averaging career-highs in points (17.5), rebounds (5.5) and assists (2.6).

Anunoby is dealing with a broken finger. Although there was some fear that he would need surgery, he's been informed by a hand specialist that it should heal on its own in a two-week span. Thus, it makes sense that he will be re-evaluated in that time frame.
Anunoby has been an extremely important part of Toronto's lineup, so the team will obviously miss him while he's out. In 42 games thus far, he is averaging 17.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per contest. With this, he is on pace to set new career highs in each of these major statistics. However, his awesome run will now have to be put on pause.
At this juncture of the campaign, the Raptors have a 34-27 record and are in 7th place. With this, they are aiming to catch teams like the Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference. Yet, being without Anunoby certainly makes that task much more challenging.
