Warriors Receive Brutal Injury News
Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry will be out indefinitely due to a sprained ligament in his left foot.
Curry left Wednesday night's contest against the Boston Celtics early, and it looked like a potentially serious injury. Now with Curry being deemed as out for an indefinite amount of time, it certainly isn't good news for the Warriors. However, Adrian Wojnarowski also noted that there is optimism that the star could be back by the playoffs.
In 64 games this season, Curry is averaging 25.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 6.3 assists. Overall, it has been another fantastic campaign for the 33-year-old, and his production will naturally be missed in Golden State's lineup.
Nevertheless, here's to hoping that Curry is able to return before the playoffs are here.
