Jazz Sign Forward To Standard NBA Contract
The Utah Jazz are signing Trent Forrest to a standard contract. This will allow him to play during the postseason for the team.
Forrest had been under a two-way contract with the Jazz since last season. However, he finally has been able to land himself a permanent spot on their roster. That is certainly exciting news for the 23-year-old guard.
Although Forrest was under a two-way deal with the Jazz this season, he did get into a good amount of action. In 60 games on the campaign, he has averaged 3.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists.
This is a great opportunity for Forrest, as he will now be fighting to land another standard contract from here. Yet, for now, his primary objective is to help Utah during the playoffs when called upon.
