Brooklyn Nets Guard Undergoes Surgery
After playing on a bad ankle throughout the Brooklyn Nets' 4-game playoff ouster, guard Seth Curry today underwent ankle surgery to ensure he's good to go by the time training camp rolls around in the fall.
Nets guard Seth Curry had successful arthroscopic surgery on his left ankle earlier today. The procedure was performed by Dr. Martin O’Malley at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Curry is expected to be fully recovered prior to the start of next season’s training camp, Nets say.

Curry had successful arthroscopic surgery on his left ankle, and should be fully recovered in time for camp.
The 31-year-old sharpshooter was acquired by the Nets in the trade deadline blockbuster that also brought Ben Simmons and Andre Drummond to Brooklyn in return for James Harden. Curry, at least, didn't disappoint, shooting threes at a career-best 46.8% pace, while averaging 14.9 points and 2.6 assists in his 19 games with the Nets.
His ankle was bothering him throughout their 4-game series with the Boston Celtics, but you wouldn't have known it, as he shot a blistering 52% from long distance in the series.
He'll be ready to fire away again come the new season.
