NBA Rumors: Sixers Would "Certainly" Consider Trading This Player
Once again, the season didn't end as hoped for the Philadelphia 76ers. There are a number of reasons to account for their second-round exit at the hands of the Miami Heat, but unquestionably one of them was the "horrific" performance of forward Matisse Thybulle, as noted by a Sixers beat writer.
Kyle Neubeck of Philly Voice reports, in fact, that a trade could very well be on the horizon.

Thybulle's downfall began with his decision to not get vaccinated, meaning he had to sit out the three road games in the team's series with the Toronto Raptors, and he never regained his grip on a solid role after that. His performance in the series loss to the Heat was extremely disappointing, and Thybulle admitted that he lost his confidence after being left out of the rotation in the Toronto series.
Neubeck says the trade rumors out there are to be expected, and to be taken seriously.
Thybulle is certainly not untouchable and the Sixers would entertain moving him.
There are several destinations apparently making the rounds, not the least of which is one we reported on last week involving an Eastern Conference rival.
