Wiggins appeared as "questionable" on Golden State's injury report heading into Game 3 with left ankle soreness. The Canadian seemed to have tweaked the ankle on this drive to the basket late in the first half.

Wiggins earlier spoke to the media regarding his injury. He admitted he felt the effects of the ankle turn before going to bed, but said it feels much better now.

Wiggins has been an ironman throughout his career. He missed just one game through his first four NBA seasons. He played in all but one game for Golden State in the 2020-21 campaign and played 73 games this past regular season.
The one-time All-Star will continue his tall task of defending Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic. Though Doncic dropped 42 points the other night, that shouldn't take away from Wiggins' stellar efforts in trying to contain the Slovenian Sensation.
