Kings Not Extending Qualifying Offer To Guard
The Sacramento Kings are not extending a qualifying offer to guard Donte DiVincenzo, per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski. The decision will make the 25-year-old an unrestricted free agent when the market opens at 6PM ET on Thursday.
The Sacramento Kings are declining to offer Donte DiVencenzo a qualifying offer, which will make him an unrestricted free agent, sources tell ESPN. There will be significant interest in DiVencenzo on the open market.

The Bucks traded DiVincenzo to the Kings at the February trade deadline this past season. In 25 games in Sacramento, the 6-foot-4 guard averaged 10.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.5 steals.
After starting in all 66 games for the Bucks in 2020-21, DiVincenzo struggled mightily this past season, especially with his shot. Shooting 42.0 percent from the field and 37.9 percent from three the previous year, he shot just 35.1 percent on his field goals and 33.9 percent on his threes in 2021-22.
Despite the down year, the former Villanova standout should still generate a ton of interest among several NBA teams. DiVincenzo is still a terrific option from the outside and is also a solid perimeter defender.
