Knicks Sign Free Agent Undrafted Guard
Although they didn't come out of the NBA Draft with any drafted players, the New York Knicks are looking for the unheralded finds, and to that end, have signed an undrafted guard.
Jean Montero has agreed to an Exhibit 10 deal with the New York Knicks, a source told ESPN.

Montero is ranked No. 4 on ESPN's list of top undrafted free agents after last night's Draft.
He's a 6'2" combo guard out of the Dominican, who played at Overtime Elite this past year after playing in Spain previously. He can score and create, but as expected with his smaller frame, defense is not his forte.
ESPN's Jonathan Givony says, overall, Montero showed his "outstanding talent" at Overtime Elite, and displayed "how easily the game comes to him."
The "Exhibit 10" deal is a one-year, minimum-salary contract that doesn’t count against the salary cap unless the player makes that team's regular-season roster.
