NBA Rumors: Heat Expected To Lose Former All-Star
It appears that PJ Tucker isn't the only key player the Miami Heat may be about to lose. According to a report, free agent Victor Oladipo is unlikely to return.
The former two-time All-Star with the Indiana Pacers came off several injury-riddled years to sign a 1-year minimum $2.3M deal to return to the Heat this past season, but now he's said to be in line for something in the range of the taxpayer midlevel exception—around $6.4M.
The Heat do hold his Bird rights, but they might not be able to match that from a trio of teams that are interested in the former All-Defensive first-team guard.

Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report says Oladipo has interest from the Washington Wizards, Denver Nuggets and Detroit Pistons at the taxpayer midlevel rate.
Oladipo returned to play just 8 games near the end of this past season, and averaged 12.4 points and 3.5 assists. He also shot 41.7% from three-point range, though that's far above his career average of 34.8%.
