NBA Rumors: Lillard To Get Massive Extension Offer From Trail Blazers
Damian Lillard is about to get some serious D.O.L.L.A.s from the Portland Trail Blazers.
Now that the team has given Lillard a new running mate in Jerami Grant, it's being reported that they will offer Dame a massive two-year extension that would, for the time being, have him earmarked for the highest average annual salary in the NBA.

Lillard's current deal doesn't expire until 2024-25, so the 2-year extension would kick in after that. His $50+M/year will undoubtedly be surpassed well before then.
Lillard has consistently professed his desire to stay in Portland, and win there, but he's also been asking for a legitimate co-star to help. Is Jerami Grant that co-star? The former Detroit Piston averaged 19.2 points and 4 rebounds last season.
Dame has career averages of 24.6 points and 6.6 assists, along with 37.3% shooting from behind the arc.
