NBA Rumors: Wizards Put Two Rotation Players On The Block
The Washington Wizards are on the hunt for a point guard. Whether that comes in free agency or through a trade, they do have two players they are shopping around the league.
"The Wizards have been willing to discuss Kyle Kuzma and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in trade conversations, sources said," according to Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report.
Both players came to Washington a year ago in the Russell Westbrook trade with the Los Angeles Lakers, and provided some good depth to the Wizards lineup this season.
Fischer feels that Indiana Pacers' point guard Malcolm Brogdon is a "legitimate trade candidate" for Washington, but whether Kuzma or KCP are being offered in such a deal he can't confirm.
Kuzma averaged 17 points, 8.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists for the Wiz, while KCP chipped in with 13.2 points and 39% shooting from three-point land.
