Nets Sign Guard
The Brooklyn Nets have signed Alondes Williams to a two-way contract.
Williams was expected to be a second-round pick in this year's draft, but no team decided to sign him. Thus, that opened the door for the Nets to land him through free agency.
Williams transferred from Oklahoma to Wake Forest for the 2021-22 campaign, and it ended up being a beneficial move for the guard. In 35 games, he set new career-highs by averaging 18.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per contest. Let's see if he can continue to improve significantly as he begins his professional career with the Nets organization.
