11-Year NBA Veteran Signs With British EuroLeague Team
After an 11-year career in the NBA ended after the 2019 season, it appears that 33-year-old center Kosta Koufos will be taking his talents to the UK, to sign with the London Lions of the EuroLeague.

Koufos played for Olympiacos Piraeus during the 2020-21 season, where he played 8 EuroLeague games, averaging 4.6 points and 2.3 rebounds in 10 minutes per game. He came back to North America this past season, and played one game for the G League Ignite.
Now 33, the 7-footer, who was a first-round pick of the Utah Jazz in 2008, and played 11 seasons in the NBA, for five teams, including Utah, Minnesota, Denver, Memphis and Sacramento.
He finished his NBA run with averages of 5.7 points and 5 rebounds, while shooting 53.4% from the floor.
