The Athletic reports that it's a minimum salary contract. Kaminsky's three-year run with the Phoenix Suns ended prematurely when a stress reaction in his knee forced him to the sidelines after playing in only nine games last season.
Surgery was eventually needed, though it appears he'll be fully healthy in time for training camp.
Kaminsky is fully recovered from right knee surgery that ultimately ended his season with the Suns after only 9 games last season. He will help the Hawks’ rotation at the 4 and 5.

The 7-footer has career marks of 9.4 points and 4.1 rebounds in about 21 minutes of average game time. He can also shoot the three a little, with a 35% career mark.
He'll serve as a third center and another big man off the bench for the Hawks.
Frank Kaminsky could be a sneaky good depth piece for the Hawks if he’s fully healthy.

Kaminsky was drafted by the Charlotte Hornets with the No. 9 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft, and spent his first four years in the league there.
