The Bucks expect him to make a full recovery just in time near the beginning of the 2022-23 regular season.
Middleton last appeared for Milwaukee in Game 2 of their first round series against the Chicago Bulls.
The 3-time All-Star suffered an MCL sprain and subsequently missed the rest of the Bucks' 2022 postseason, which ended in a Game 7 loss to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference semi-finals.
The 2021 NBA champs sorely missed Middleton's presence and it's likely he could've been the difference-maker in the Celtics series.
