This past season, Batum averaged 8.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.7 assists in 59 games. With superstar forward Kawhi Leonard sidelined the entire campaign due to a torn ACL, the 6-foot-8 wing started in 54 games.
Batum came to Los Angeles after spending five seasons with the Charlotte Hornets. The aging forward hit a career-low in the 2019-20 season when he played just 22 games and averaged just 3.6 points and 4.5 rebounds per contest.
Batum has revitalized his NBA career with the Clippers. The Frenchman should continue playing a key role as they go for a title run this upcoming season with Leonard and Paul George coming back at full strength.
