Dellavedova, known for his grittiness and all-out style of play, was a member of the Cavs' 2016 world champion roster, and has been playing in his native Australia since last appearing in the NBA with Cleveland in the 2020-21 season.
The 31-year-old played eight years in the NBA, five-and-a-half of them with the Cavaliers. He has career averages of 5.5 points and 3.7 assists in about 20 minutes of playing time per game. But his real value is his scrappiness, and the ability to get under the skin of opponents.
Delly joins a couple of others auditioning for the 3 open spots on the Sacramento roster.
