NBA Rumors: Kings Among "Multiple Teams" Eyeing Free Agent Point Guard
He has two championship rings already in just five years in the NBA, but out of the league last season, veteran point guard Quinn Cook is deciding upon his next destination.
The Sacramento Kings are among the teams with interest in Cook, after he had a sensational year last season for the Kings' affiliate in the G League. According to Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee, the team is still in the market for a 3rd guard, behind De'Aaron Fox and Davion Mitchell.
In 11 games with the Stockton Kings, Cook averaged 23.7 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.8 assists while shooting 52.4% from the field, 44.6% from 3-point range and 88.5% at the free-throw line. Earlier in the year, he played in Russia with Lokomotiv Kuban.
The 29-year-old won NBA titles with the Golden State Warriors in 2018, and the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020.

Cook does have other suitors, so if things don't work out with him, the Kings have also shown interest in 8-year NBA veteran Matthew Dellavedova, who was also out of the league last season, playing in Australia.
