Nuggets Sign 14-Year Veteran Center

Some said he was washed after watching him play for the Los Angeles Lakers and the Philadelphia 76ers last season, but the Denver Nuggets beg to differ, and have made it official, signing 14-year veteran DeAndre Jordan.

It's a one-year, minimum deal for Jordan, who averaged a career-low 4.3 points last season, with 5.5 rebounds, in 13 minutes per game. After playing his first nine seasons in the NBA with the Los Angeles Clippers, the 34-year-old has bounced around between five teams in the past four years.

He sports career marks of 9.1 points and 10.3 rebounds, and has one All-Star appearance to his credit, in 2016-17.

He'll add some depth at the center spot for the Nuggets, but of course, when you're backing up two-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic, you just don't have to play that much.
