Forward Kenrich Williams has agreed to a 4-year, $27.2M contract extension, per NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski. Earlier the Thunder had signed another originally undrafted player, Lu Dort, to an even more lucrative extension.
Williams is a very effective 3-and-D man, with versatile perimeter defense, while averaging 34.6% from three in his four years with OKC.
This past season, he averaged 7.4 points and 4.5 rebounds in just under 22 minutes per game.
He has said he hopes to retire as a member of the Thunder.
His new 4-year deal kicks in in the 2023-24 season.
