NBA Rumors: One Team Pulls Out Of Donovan Mitchell Trade Talks
Cleveland Cavaliers have removed themselves from Donovan Mitchell trade talks, per SNY sources. Doesn’t seem like there are any suitors at moment who can approach what Knicks can offer Utah - even if you take RJ Barrett off the table. So this trade is still NYK’s to lose.

According to NBA Insider Ian Begley, the Cleveland Cavaliers, a late-comer to the discussions, have pulled out of trade talks. Which once again leaves the New York Knicks, as Begley notes, as the team to beat in the Mitchell sweepstakes.
And fellow Insider Brian Windhorst thinks something will get done, with the Knicks, sooner than later.

It's thought that the Jazz want to get a deal done before the opening of training camp about a month from now.
