Magic Wing Undergoes Surgery
After tearing his meniscus earlier this month, Orlando Magic wing player Gary Harris has now had arthroscopic surgery, and his return timeline is unknown.

Harris had a meniscectomy, which involves completely removing the meniscus rather than repairing it. That alone can push up his timeline significantly. He could be out several weeks rather than months.
Harris, who was the subject of trade rumors in February at the deadline, not only stayed with Orlando, he signed a 2-year, $26M extension with the Magic after the season. He averaged 11.1 points while shooting 38% from long range in 61 games.The 28-year-old's return will depend, say the Magic, on his body’s reaction to treatment & rehabilitation.
