New Crazy Details And Pic Of Bouknight Arrest Scene Emerge
It's the arrest that keeps on giving. Crazy new details have emerged about the arrest of Charlotte Hornets guard James Bouknight over the weekend, becoming the 3rd member (or former member) of the team to run afoul of the law this offseason.
Now a new picture has been obtained by TMZ showing Bouknight unconscious in his car when he was arrested for DUI at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

The report says he was laid out, unconscious, with a bag of Doritos. The officer also noted that the car was actually running and in Drive, and that Bouknight, while passed out, was holding a Glock handgun. The report says that police tried to wake Bouknight out of his stupor by using a PA system, blasting airhorns and using light. None of it worked. He didn’t wake up until an hour later, records said.

Keep in mind, this is not the first brush with the law the 22-year-old has had while behind the wheel.
Charlotte Hornets sophomore James Bouknight has been arrested for reckless driving/DUI FOUR times over the last 12 months.

He's been arrested four times for reckless driving and/or DUI in the past year, this last incident being the second one within a week.
After practice with his teammates on Tuesday, Bouknight tried to make amends with his teammates. “Honestly, I just wanted to apologize for being a distraction before the start of the season," he said.
Apparently not sorry about the DUI part, just the being a distraction part. Well, at least that's something.
