The 29-year-old was acquired by the Pelicans along with CJ McCollum and Tony Snell from the Portland Trail Blazers during last season's trade deadline.
He underwent arthroscopic surgery in his right knee shortly after the trade, but he still managed to return near the end of the regular season and play a key role during New Orleans' playoff run.
The Pelicans have lofty expectations this upcoming season with superstar stud Zion Williamson coming back.
Nance should continue to carve out a solid role off the bench as New Orleans looks to build off a solid 2021-22 campaign.
