Top 5 NBA Players Earnings This Season
NBA contracts aren't the only means of earnings for the top players in the league. Endorsement dollars can often add a big chunk of change for the most recognizable players.
Sportico has just released a list of the top earners in the NBA for this season, salary and endorsement earnings combined. The list won't shock you too much (except perhaps one member). But the dollars earned are interesting to note.
.@KingJames is the highest-paid NBA player with $119.5mil, including an estimated $75mil from sponsors, memorabilia, royalties and media

- LeBron James $119M
- Steph Curry $ 93M
- Kevin Durant $ 91M
- Giannis Antetokounmpo $ 86M
- Russell Westbrook $ 72M
No surprise with LeBron heading up the list at $119M in earnings this year. About $75M of that, however, close to 65%, is from sponsors, memorabilia, royalties and media, according to Sportico.
Curry holds the highest NBA salary for the 4th straight season, at $48.1M this year, while pulling in another $45M or so from other streams.
The youngest on the list, at just 32, is Antetokounmpo.
Rounding out the Top 10 are Curry's Splash Brother Klay Thompson, Damian Lillard, James Harden, Paul George and John Wall.
