NBA Rumors: Jae Crowder 3-Team Trade Could Be Imminent
It might finally be about to happen. The long dragged-out Jae Crowder trade talks could be about to come to fruition. That's the word from several NBA Insiders. And it looks like it could be a three-team deal.

Following up on the word from Marc Stein, Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports says that the Suns appeared close to finalizing a three-team trade involving Jae Crowder before last night's game. As noted by Stein, a cryptic Instagram post by Crowder seems to feed into the notion that the time is near.

Crowder posted a ticking clock.
One Phoenix report had a trade falling through just before Wednesday night's game, that would have featured the Suns, the Milwaukee Bucks and the Houston Rockets.

Framework was Crowder to Bucks, Grayson to Houston, Gordon to Suns.
In that proposed deal, Crowder would have gone to Milwaukee, Grayson Allen to Houston and Eric Gordon to Phoenix. But it didn't materialize. Still, it appears the Bucks will be Crowder's likely destination.

Three team scenarios are currently being explored, the Houston Rockets are involved in one of the scenarios.
“In the last few days, from what I understand, the Suns have picked up their Jae Crowder conversations,” ESPN’s Brian Windhorst confirmed as well.
The impetus, of course, for all this is the lengthy absence of Suns power forward Cam Johnson due to a torn meniscus.
The New York Knicks have also expressed their interest in Crowder, so the talks might not be over just yet.
