Former NBA Power Forward Signs In Turkey
Kostas Antetokounmpo has signed with Fenerbahce in Turkey for the rest of the 2022-23 season.
Antetokounmpo started this season with the Chicago Bulls, but he ended up being waived in favor of Carlik Jones. Yet, he did not play a game with Chicago. Instead, he played in 12 games with the Windy City Bulls, where he averaged 11.7 points and 6.3 rebounds.
Although Antetokounmpo is heading overseas for the remainder of the year, we should not rule out the possibility of an NBA team giving him another chance next season. If he performs well in Turkey, expect him to be able to get himself a two-way deal next summer.
