NBA Rumors: Miami Heat Linked To Former All-Star Guard
The Miami Heat are still on the hunt for another point guard, it seems, as rumor out of the Twin Cities has the Heat being interested in D'Angelo Russell.

As noted by Darren Wolfson of KSTP, “I’m told that the Miami Heat are showing some trade interest, just a little bit, in D’Angelo Russell of the Wolves.”
Doesn't exactly sound like something is imminent, but it does lend credence to the thought that the Heat are still looking for another solid point guard to pair with 36-year-old Kyle Lowry. The former Toronto Raptor is averaging a 13-year-low 5.9 assists, while scoring 14 per game, his second-lowest total in the same period of time.
D-Lo, on the other hand, has been sizzling for the T-Wolves of late, before missing the last game with a bruised knee. Russell has averaged 26.4 points per game in his last five contests, while shooting 47.5% on threes.

The Timberwolves, however, continue to struggle, losers of seven of their last 10, and now at 13-15, in 11th spot in the Western Conference. It's still possible they could look to shake things up.
