Boston Celtics' Jayson Tatum Expected to Return Against Orlando Magic
Jayson Tatum's recovery from a left wrist injury was a quick one. The Boston Celtics left the forward off Monday's injury report, indicating he'll be ready to make his return for tonight's game against the Orlando Magic.
Tatum missed the Celtics' 106-104 win over the Toronto Raptors with left wrist soreness on Saturday. He last played on Thursday, a 121-118 overtime win over the Golden State Warriors. He scored a game-high 34 points while nabbing a personal-best 19 rebounds.Malcolm Brogdon and Marcus Smart both out tomorrow. Robert Williams listed as questionable. pic.twitter.com/2YW442XrkH

Tatum has been one of the NBA's most durable superstars this season, appearing in 44 of a possible 47 games and playing 1630 minutes. He's the best player on the association's best team: the Celtics sport the top record in either conference at 35-12, and Tatum leads the team in points (31.2) and rebounds (8.5). So long as he's on the court, the Celtics will remain a powerhouse.
The Celtics play once more on the road this week, a Tuesday night showdown with the Miami Heat. After that, they'll begin a stretch of nine games that includes only a single road trip in over two weeks.
