Golden State Warriors Declare Multiple Starters Out for Friday's Game Against the Cleveland Cavaliers
The Golden State Warriors are all but conceding their Friday night matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Following last night's 121-118 overtime loss to the Boston Celtics, the Warriors will rest starters Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, and Andrew Wiggins.

Curry, Thompkins, Wiggins, and Green are four of the Warriors' top-five scorers. Combined, they account for an average of 76.2 points per game. The Warriors have averaged 117.6 points per game as a team this season.
The Warriors are coming to the end of a five-game road trip that has included trips to San Antonio, Chicago, Washington, and Boston since last Friday. They've also lost five of their last seven. Clearly, the Warriors are feeling worn out, and they've deemed a back-to-back after an overtime loss a bridge too far.
Jordan Poole will slide into a starting role tonight and should be expected to shoulder an enormous offensive burden. Forwards Jonathan Kuminga and JaMychal Green are also expected to make their returns following extended absences.
