The huge injury update Warriors fans want to hear: Stephen Curry has been upgraded to probable for Golden State's showdown versus the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday night, Kendra Andrews of ESPN reports.

Curry, alongside Andrew Wiggins and Klay Thompson, reportedly participated in practice on Monday.
Previous reports mentioned that the Warriors were targeting Curry to make his on-court return on their January 13 road game versus the San Antonio Spurs. It seems like the two-time league MVP is poised to come back ahead of schedule from an 11-game absence after suffering a shoulder injury on December 14 in a loss to the Indiana Pacers.
The Warriors went 6-5 without their franchise superstar and will look to close out their eight-game home stand with a victory with Curry hopefully back in the mix.
Despite losing its last couple of games, Golden State has slowly risen and now sits at 6th in the Western Conference standings thanks to the Suns and the Clippers going on their respective losing streaks.
Prior to the injury, Curry was averaging 30.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 6.8 assists, while shooting 50 percent from the field and 43.4 percent from three.
