The undrafted guard out of UNLV has put up some nice performances in the G League this season, averaging 15.5 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 26 games for the Long Island Nets. He's shooting 48.1% from the field, and 40.7% from long distance. He's tallied six games of 20+ points and had a career-best 30 in a win over the Raptors 905 back in November.
He played for the Brooklyn Nets Summer League team as well, but didn't see a lot of court time.
The Hawks released former lottery pick Jarrett Culver from his two-way deal last week, clearing the roster spot for Williams.
