As reported by Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports, the Lakers had originally offered Nunn and two second-round picks to Washington for Hachimura, according to his sources. But the Wizards were holding out for first-round value for their former lottery selection. A third second-rounder gets it done on Monday.
Hachimura was the 9th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, and he's averaging 13.0 points and 4.3 rebounds as a reserve in 30 games this seasons. He’s a restricted free agent after the season, but according to Woj, the Lakers intend to sign him to a long-term deal.
Nunn missed all of last season recovering from a knee injury, but was a 15 point a game scorer in two previous seasons before that. This year, the 27 year old is averaging 6.7 points for the Lakers, playing about 13.5 minutes per game.
