Johnson suffered a torn meniscus on his right knee on November 4. Prior to the injury, Johnson had been averaging 13.0 points and 3.4 rebounds while shooting 43.1 percent from beyond the arc.
Johnson is just one of the many Suns players who have missed significant time due to injury.
Phoenix has been hampered by the injury bug this season. Its All-Star backcourt of Devin Booker (groin) and Chris Paul (hip) are both currently out with their respective injuries. Even Cameron Payne is down with a foot injury.
As a result, the Suns have fallen to 21-24 on the season and sit at 12th in the Western Conference.
