Breaking: John Wall Traded Back To The Rockets (Yes, Really)
You can't make this stuff up. John Wall, who infamously had a falling out with the Houston Rockets last year, and sat out the entire season until they finally bought him out, is now headed back to Houston as part of a three-team deal.
The Rockets will acquire John Wall in the three-team deal with the Clippers and Grizzlies in which they plan to waive the guard, league sources tell @NBAonTNT, @BleacherReport.

NBA Insider Chris Haynes notes, however, that the Rockets will waive Wall as soon as the trade is official — a buyout and a waiving by the same team in the space of one year could be a new NBA record.

As part of the deal, the Clippers send Luke Kennard to the Memphis Grizzlies, and get a reunion with Eric Gordon, as well as Danny Green and three second-round picks.
Gordon began his career in the NBA as a Los Angeles Clipper way back in 2008 after they made him the No. 7 overall pick in the '08 Draft. Now, it's a homecoming for the veteran scorer.
