The Suns will be in Charlotte to take on the Hornets Wednesday night for KD's debut. Durant suffered the MCL sprain about seven weeks ago while with the Brooklyn Nets. The Suns have gone 3-3 in the six games he's been out since acquired him in a trade deadline blockbuster on Feb. 9th.
Phoenix dealt a hefty package of Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and four unprotected first-round picks, but Durant will now form a formidable lineup in the Valley of the Suns, lining up with Devin Booker, Chris Paul and Deandre Ayton.
The Suns currently sit in 4th spot in the West, at 33-29, but the addition of KD will (they hope) change the axis of power in the Western Conference.
