Houston Rockets Re-Sign Big (BIG) Man
The beloved big man is back. The Houston Rockets have done the expected, and re-signed fan favorite, and teammate-favorite Boban Marjanovic, after two long days in limbo.
The Rockets, as expected, have re-signed Boban Marjanović after they were forced to waive him last week to create the necessary roster space to complete multiple trades.

After completing a 3-team trade at last Thursday's deadline, the Rockets needed a roster spot, so they waived Marjanovic, but fully with the intention of re-signing him as soon as they cleared space on the roster, and he cleared waivers.
That has now been done, as they completed a buyout with Danny Green (who has signed with an Eastern contender) and waived John Wall.
The 7'3" gentle giant Marjanovic is a favorite of teammates and fans wherever he goes, and Houston has been no exception. The eight-year NBA veteran has only appeared in 17 games for the Rockets this season, and only for four minutes per game on average. But that's not a factor, as his presence on the bench and in the locker room is what's important.
Marjanovic was already back at Rockets' practice as of Monday morning.
