Phoenix Suns Superstar Progressing Towards A Return Next Week
The Phoenix Suns have struggled as of late, losing five of their past six games, and while they still sit in the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference, they'll need to find momentum and get healthy ahead of a playoff run that they have very high expectations for.
One of the biggest keys to getting healthy is the return of Kevin Durant, and after it was reported that he could be returning soon, it has now officially been revealed that he is targeting next Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves for a return.
This return would be dependent on no setbacks occurring between now and then, but if the team can finally get Durant, DeAndre Ayton, Devin Booker and Chris Paul all on the floor for an extended period, they'll be incredibly tough to beat down the stretch.Phoenix Suns' 13-time All-Star Kevin Durant (sprained ankle) is progressing toward a potential return to action on Wednesday vs. Minnesota Timberwolves, barring any setback, league sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.
