Dallas Mavericks Star Reveals Just How Much Team Misses Former Guard
The Dallas Mavericks were a team on the verge of the NBA Finals a season ago, but now, it appears that everything that can go wrong, indeed has, as they find themselves struggling to even make the play-in tournament in 2023.
While a lot of things have changed, one of the biggest was the loss of Jalen Brunson to the New York Knicks this past off-season, and when asked about it on Tuesday, it was clear he's missed quite a lot, as Doncic says the team miss him "a lot, amazing guy, amazing player".
Since getting to New York, Brunson has played at an All-Star level, and is considered one of the favourites for the Most Improved Player award, and while they acquired Kyrie Irving, it took a lot of assets to do so, and it's clear this team is in a much worse spot.Luka Doncic is asked how much the Mavericks miss Jalen Brunson:
