NBA Rumors: Milwaukee Bucks Star Could Retire After His Current Contract
The talk surrounding the Milwaukee Bucks lately has been anything but positive following their first-round series loss to the Miami Heat in five games, and now, the news could potentially get worse for one of the teams biggest stars.
On a recent podcast, All-Star point guard Jrue Holiday revealed that shockingly he feels 'very strongly' about retiring when his contract is up in two years, and while plenty can change in that time, he seemed pretty set on the idea at this point in time.
The 32-year old has been in the NBA since he was drafted way back in 2009, and was a crucial part of the Bucks 2021 NBA Championship run, and at 34-years old, it makes sense if he wants to walk away from the game, but he will no doubt re-evaluate things when the time comes.Per the @pointforward podcast, Jrue Holiday plans to retire when his contract is up in 2 years.
