Boston Celtics Star Urges Team To Re-Sign All-Star Teammate
The Boston Celtics once again came up short in their quest for their first NBA Championship in 15 years, and given the poor games of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, many people have called for the Celtics to make a big move, likely to trade Brown in order to get more depth or another star.
Those rumours have been circulating for some time now, but after his poor Game 7 performance, the Celtics need to make some kind of move, much to the dismay of Tatum, who has urged the Celtics to re-sign Brown to the max deal.
The decision for Boston could be one that has ramifications for this organization for years and years to come, and it's clear that Tatum believes this duo can lead the Celtics back to the promised land, but after his Game 7 performance, it's tough to see Boston not at least considering a trade.Jayson Tatum urges the Celtics to extend Jaylen Brown’s contract this summer:
