After 19 seasons as one of the greatest scorers in NBA history, he couldn't find a taker for his services in the 2022-23 season. And with that, 39-year-old Carmelo Anthony has retired from the NBA.

Highlighted by eight seasons with the Denver Nuggets, then seven with the New York Knicks, Anthony delivered 10 All-Star seasons, six All-NBA selections, and retires with the 9th-most points scored in league history (28,289). He is a 75th Anniversary Team member.
'Melo's last season was in 2021-22 with the Los Angeles Lakers.
