Los Angeles Lakers Star Suffers Head Injury In Game 5 Loss

The Los Angeles Lakers have looked fantastic in their Western Conference Semi-Final matchup against the defending Champion Golden State Warriors thus far, but on Wednesday night, we saw plenty of cracks form, and unfortunately, this team appears to have taken an injury hit.

During the game, LeBron James appeared to have sprained an ankle, but that doesn't appear to be serious. What could be serious however is the head injury suffered by superstar big man Anthony Davis, who reportedly left the arena with assistance due to the injury.

Thankfully for LA however, it appears that Davis has avoided a concussion, and unless things go wrong between now and then, Davis will reportedly be available for a crucial home Game 6 as the Lakers look to close out the tough Warriors dynasty.
