NBA Rumors: Los Angeles Lakers No Longer Interested In Star Free Agent

The Los Angeles Lakers just stole Game 1 from the Golden State Warriors in their Western Conference semi-final matchup, but for some reason, given their attempts to win yet another NBA Championship with LeBron James, a lot of speculation still remains on the upcoming off-season.

Unsurprisingly, one name that they've been linked to more than any other is former James teammate Kyrie Irving, but now, it has been reported that LA are no longer interested in the polarizing point guard, as they are likely looking to optimize the depth of their current roster.

There's a chance that things change between now and free agency, especially if the Lakers fall short of the deep run they are expecting, but right now, it looks like the star point guard has one less option when free agency hits.
