Surprising & Familiar Name Enters Toronto Raptors Coaching Search
As Canada's only NBA team continues its search for their next head coach, Canada's only NBA head coach, and a two-time MVP, for that matter, has now entered the fray.
The Raptors met with Steve Nash to discuss their HC vacancy, per @ShamsCharania and @joevardon
According to NBA Insider Shams Charania, Steve Nash has met with Masai Ujiri and Co. about the vacant head coaching job left open when Nick Nurse was jettisoned earlier this month.

Nash was not only a two-time MVP in the NBA, but he's also been the GM of the Canadian national basketball team, as well as the head coach of the Brooklyn Nets.
Now, Nets fans will not tell you very good things about Nash's tenure there, even though he did have a 94-67 record. He was fired early this year amidst the Kyrie Irving suspension controversy after the Nets got off to a horrendous start.
He joins a list of big-name candidates that include Mike Budenholzer and Monty Williams as the Raptors look for their new bench boss.
