BREAKING: Washington Wizards Star Traded To The Western Conference
After the Denver Nuggets claimed their first NBA Championship, many expected this off-season to be full of drama and chaos once again, and on Sunday, that officially began, as Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal has now been traded to the Phoenix Suns.
For the past week, rumours have begun swirling over Beal and his availability, and now, he joins Kevin Durant, Devin Booker and DeAndre Ayton in Phoenix, and while the starting lineup could be one of the best scoring units in NBA history, there's now plenty more questions over their depth.
As for the Wizards, they get off a ridiculously large contract with Beal, as well as landing another trade piece in Chris Paul, Landry Shame and a handful of second-round picks with multiple pick swaps, making it safe to say that this was a solid move for both teams.BREAKING: The Washington Wizards are trading three-time All-Star Bradley Beal to the Phoenix Suns for Chris Paul, Landry Shamet, a handful of second-round picks, and multiple pick swaps, league sources tell @TheAthletic @Stadium.
