NBA Rumors: Another Shock Team Linked To Veteran Point Guard
After several years falling short of their ultimate goal, that being an NBA Championship, the Phoenix Suns are looking to make some big changes this off-season, and that officially began last week when they informed veteran point guard Chris Paul that he would be released.
Now, the 38-year old has been linked to almost every contender needing a veteran leader, and on Saturday, ESPN Insider Adrian Wojnarowski has revealed that the Golden State Warriors could be a potential destination for the veteran star.
While he would obviously never start over the duo of Klay Thompson and Steph Curry, Paul would be the ultimate 6th man on a team with Jordan Poole and Jonathan Kuminga, and while it's highly unlikely, this would give him his best chance yet at winning his first career ring. The Golden State Warriors are a potential destination for Chris Paul, per @wojespn pic.twitter.com/SG9k9zT7qg
